This year MergelRijk will again be completely dedicated to Christmas during the annually recurring Christmas spectacle. The must see in the Christmas town of Valkenburg. Check out the 25 meter long diorama of miniatures depicting the Biblical Christmas story. A magical Christmas experience in the cave!
Christmas Show in MergelRijk is an experience for young and old that you don’t want to miss! The underground corridors will be completely decorated in a Christmas atmosphere. An ambient cave full of small lights, Christmas trees, Christmas sculptures made out of marl and other decorations. Believe us, you will be short of eyes!
- Dogs on a leash are also allowed
- The cave is not wheelchair accessible
- You can bring a stroller, provided it can be lifted safely from a flight of stairs
